1) About Gear Direct

Gear Direct supplies wholesale blank t-shirts, headwear, and DTF (Direct to Film) materials and accessories to businesses and creators. These Terms govern your access to our website and your purchases from us.

2) Account Setup & Resale Certificate Requirements

To open a wholesale account with Gear Direct, you must provide proper documentation as required by state law. We are required by each state to maintain current information on our customers’ Resale Certificates. Please follow these steps when submitting your application:

• Complete and return the enclosed Resale Certificate form.
• Provide a copy of your valid State Resale (or Sales Tax) License.
• Your business name on the License must match the name used on the Certificate. If you operate under a DBA, use your DBA name.
• Include your business title, a description of your business, and a description of the products you sell in the required fields.
• The form must be hand-signed (or digitally signed) and dated.
• If you drop ship to CA, FL, DC, HI, MD, MA, MS, or TN, please also include your resale certificate for those states.

Applications without complete and correct information may be delayed or rejected until all required documentation is received.

3) Product Information & Availability

We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and pricing; minor variations in color, sizing, and packaging may occur. All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or cancel orders where errors or stock issues arise.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

Prices are listed in the local store currency and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are calculated at checkout or upon delivery. Coupons and promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

5) Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we dispatch the goods. Payment must be authorized at checkout via accepted methods (e.g., cards, UPI, wallet, bank transfer). We may decline or cancel orders with suspected fraud or pricing errors.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Handling times and carrier ETAs are estimates only. Title and risk transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier or to your address (as applicable by jurisdiction and shipping method). Inspect packages on arrival and report damage or shortages within 48 hours.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Customized/used/clearance items are non-returnable. Return freight is your responsibility unless we shipped the wrong or defective item. Cancellations are not guaranteed once processing begins.

8) DTF Supplies & Usage Disclaimer

DTF films, powders, inks, and related consumables require proper storage and handling. Results vary by equipment, settings, fabric, pretreatment, and environment. Always test before production runs. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or incompatible setups.

9) Intellectual Property

All site content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and product data—is owned by Gear Direct or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

10) Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, scrape content, or interfere with security). We may restrict access for violations and pursue remedies where permitted by law.

11) Warranties & Liability

Except where required by law, products are provided “as-is.” To the maximum extent permitted, Gear Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

12) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the site, you consent to those practices.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
