Gear Direct LLC is a southern California company that imports products from our contract factory in China. We also utilized a factory in Bangladesh for that last batch of hats, and one in Germany for authentic Oktoberfest gear. We also partner with a New Jersey-based factory for USA-made baseball caps.

We offer wholesale a collection of blank t-shirts, headwear and DTF supplies. Gear Direct LLC also offers printing serivce, innovative DTF (Direct to Film, or Direct Transfer Film) supplies and made to order customized apparel and promotional products.

We offer a wide range of decoration services, including various patches, heat transfer (DTF) on shirts and hats, hat embroidery, and silkscreen printing on shirts. I have attached examples of our recent work for you​ to review.

We provide flexible business terms, if needed. We can ship using your preferred carrier and account number, and blind ship. We maintain strict discretion and respect the confidentiality of all decoration projects, particularly those intended for internal use or not yet released to the public. Those will not be part of our portfolio or displayed on our website.
